  • In-charge of visitor’s hotel booking requests and all staffs travel bookings, accommodation, and tickets for overseas travel.
  • Knowledge of accounting software. Able to input and generate accurate data and retrieve records and information accordingly.
  • Ability to organize workloads and to manage a filing methods and management techniques.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, fast learner and ability to work under pressure.

Sales Engineer

Nationality: Preferably INDIAN

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement company's Sales & Business Development Plan to achieve the company's revenue & client acquisition targets.
  • Identify Key Accounts based on potential revenue or strategic importance to company.
  • Maintain close relationships with key decision-makers in each Key Account through email (ongoing), phone (monthly) and in-person meetings (as needed).
  • Respond / follow up on all corporate queries / RFP / RFQ.
  • Provide monthly Sales Reports to include sales activity, revenue, new accounts and following month's activities.
  • Provide regular feedback on new industry products or services, customer comments and competitors.
  • Provide Pre and Post Sales Technical Support.
  • Drive business to ensure sustained growth, focus on achieving / surpassing sales targets.
  • Expanding business reach and proactively creating new sales leads / opportunities.
  • Identify key industry events to attend.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Locates and proposes potential business partnerships.
  • Discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
  • Develops negotiating strategies; examining risks and potentials;
  • Closes business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • To develop and implement marketing and business strategies and plans, including preparation of presentation and marketing materials for professional meetings, seminars and conferences.
  • Identify, validate and qualify new opportunities and work with the sales team to develop suitable and compelling proposal for potential customers.
  • Manage proposals cycle to the point of contract signature and hand-off to projects team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Master's Degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years experience in a mid level sales position in UAE targeting large government and corporate accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals/objectives.
  • Broad overall knowledge of technology is required.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and effectively present/articulate advanced visualization solutions and benefits.
  • Knowledge of procurement policies, information technologies procurement needs, and facilities management within a large organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up to speed and learn appropriate technologies as well as business acumen associated to segment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel.

  • Salary starts at AED. 8,000 all inclusive; negotiable based on experience.
