  • We are seeking a junior to mid-level interior designer who wants to work with our company preferably a Filipino with minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • The candidate must be honest, hardworking and a hold a high value of integrity and team player.
  • Proven Working experience in decorating corporate and office interior spaces.
  • Specify and quantify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and ceiling.
  • Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs.

Gender: Male or Female

  • College Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • At least 5 years work experience in all Accounting and Financial jobs
  • An excellent communication skill in both written and verbal is a must.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
  • Excellent  in use of Accounting Software, input and generate accurate data and retrieve records and information
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Sales Engineer

Nationality: Preferably INDIAN

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement company's Sales & Business Development Plan to achieve the company's revenue & client acquisition targets.
  • Identify Key Accounts based on potential revenue or strategic importance to company.
  • Maintain close relationships with key decision-makers in each Key Account through email (ongoing), phone (monthly) and in-person meetings (as needed).
  • Respond / follow up on all corporate queries / RFP / RFQ.
  • Provide monthly Sales Reports to include sales activity, revenue, new accounts and following month's activities.
  • Provide regular feedback on new industry products or services, customer comments and competitors.
  • Provide Pre and Post Sales Technical Support.
  • Drive business to ensure sustained growth, focus on achieving / surpassing sales targets.
  • Expanding business reach and proactively creating new sales leads / opportunities.
  • Identify key industry events to attend.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Locates and proposes potential business partnerships.
  • Discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
  • Develops negotiating strategies; examining risks and potentials;
  • Closes business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • To develop and implement marketing and business strategies and plans, including preparation of presentation and marketing materials for professional meetings, seminars and conferences.
  • Identify, validate and qualify new opportunities and work with the sales team to develop suitable and compelling proposal for potential customers.
  • Manage proposals cycle to the point of contract signature and hand-off to projects team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Master's Degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years experience in a mid level sales position in UAE targeting large government and corporate accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals/objectives.
  • Broad overall knowledge of technology is required.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and effectively present/articulate advanced visualization solutions and benefits.
  • Knowledge of procurement policies, information technologies procurement needs, and facilities management within a large organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up to speed and learn appropriate technologies as well as business acumen associated to segment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel.

  • Salary starts at AED. 8,000 all inclusive; negotiable based on experience.

Project Administrator – Document Controller

Nationality: Filipino

Sample requirements as follows;

Nature of the Job:

  • Maintains and manages all important documents either for a particular project or whole organization and assures that it is easily accessible and stored. He also maintains and examines related files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments.
  • Performing quality reviews
  • Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library

Basic Tasks:

  • Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
  • Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
  • Generate the various document control reports as required.
  • Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs
  • Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable
  • Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly
  • Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
  • Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.

Education and Training Requirements:

  • At least Vocational Diploma/Certificate from a 2 year Technical course or 4 years course
  • At least 3 years related work experience in office work, documentation and control

Skills and Competency Requirements:

  • Knowledge in use of spread sheets, database, word processing
  • Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information.
  • Ability to organize work load and to manage a filing methods and management techniques
  • Good Communication skills

Work Environment:

The job of a document controller involves going in and out of the office as they visit the sites for some time.
